Positive Methods believes that striving to the goal of an optimal level of wellness is essential to quality of life. Therefore, we’re here to support you in understanding and developing the eight dimensions of Wellness:
Emotional Wellness
Environmental Wellness
Financial Wellness
Intellectual Wellness
Occupational Wellness
Physical Wellness
Social Wellness
Spiritual Wellness
Mindfulness and Meditation practices are offered to support our Wellness goal.
If you strive to experience peace of mind, you should practice mindfulness. Mindfulness and meditation can help you relax, as well as teach you to be unconditionally present. The latter, helps you to be present in the moment and experience and benefit from discomfort, if it exists. Instead of trying to avoid or deny it, experiencing discomfort is part of being human. Mindfulness is being aware of your thoughts or feelings and accepting them.
